Lots Of Catching Up To Do!!!!
So, I'm not sure how to get myself out of this one. Yes, I have not posted a single update since the end of January. I know, I suck. But, I have a question, does anyone even still read this blog anymore - or do you just wait for Facebook pictures?
Well, just in case, I'll post all my "this and that" photos, starting with some Spring Break shots. The family went to Beaufort, South Carolina to see Gamma and GDad in their new house. Peanut got to see her Uncle Greg, Uncle Doug, and Aunt Abigail too. It was absolutely beautiful weather - 70 degrees every day. We went swimming in the new pool, explored the house (especially the off-limit stairs when anyone's back was turned) and took many trips to the beach. The Peanut was lovin' life!
Enjoying the sunshine with an impromptu picnic.
In the humidity, my crazy hair gets even crazier!
Oh yeah, mom probably didn't mention this (because she's been such a slacker on this whole blog-thing), but I am officially a walker! I've been taking steps since February, but by the end of Spring Break, I really had it mastered.
Do these tight green pants make my butt look big?
Hanging out with Mom and Dad in the SUN!
Day #1 one at the beach
Dug me a hole! (well, actually, my daddy dug it for me)
After all that swimming and sunning on the beach, I needed my favorite meal - lasagna!
I pretty much attacked it!
Day #2 at the beach
I've got the hang of this thing now. Swim in the ocean, build a sandcastle, make some friends. What's not to love (besides the sunscreen and sunhat - I hate both of those things!)
My first friend, a rescue cocker-spaniel mix. I found about 5 dogs on the beach, but he was my favorite - much to the disappointment of his owner who was trying to take a nap.
My second friend is Chloe. She's 5. That's right, I hang with the big kids.
Although, truth be told, I think she loved my sand toys more than she loved me.
I love the ocean!
See Mom! All my swimming lessons paid off!
Thank you Gamma and Gdad for hosting us!
By the way, I have these two wrapped around my finger....
...and my Uncle Greg...
...and my Uncle Doug too....
...and Aunt Abigail - although for some reason I refuse to smile with her in pictures.
Except when I'm hitting her in the face with a package of wipes.
